Happy Halloween ☆

It's "weekend" for me, finally :') Since I didn't sleep a lot during the last few days, I'm feeling so released to know I can sleep as long as I want tomorrow. Fortunately, there's this festival called "All Hallows" tomorrow |D  (Even though I think that HALLOWEEN is quite more popular among younger people, isn't it..? ;D ).

I think most of people at my age are out to celebrate at the cities, while I'm sitting at home =A=' Tired, kinda busy and ill. Haha. Seems like I'm similar to "Bad Luck Brian" at the moment ><!
But even if I feel so exhaused, I just want to wish you HAPPY HALLOWEEN! ☆

Today even started with eating for me - and even though I felt like buying some sweet pastries for dessert, Caro offered me one (or, actually it was two... |D) of her home made "Flat Cookies" (I'm absolutely not sure how they're called in English, I heard they're called "Black'n'White Cookies" in America, since they are served with frosting and chocolate :') In Germany, they're called "Amerikaner").
They were totally delicious!  Thank you so much, Caro-chan! (●´ϖ`●)

When I came home (FINALLY =A=!!), I started making my own Halloween pastries... but I used some "cake mix" which I bought at LIDL before. I just had to buy it, because it's "chocolate and BUBBLE GUM"-taste !! Ehhhh...!? . The combination sounds weird - and it also tastes weird, if you ask me! But I really like it  |D So if you aren't totally scared, please try it :'D

And to be honest, I'm really satisfied with their look now ^^ What do you think?

Tagged! by Caro

I got tagged by cutie Caro (*´∀`*) Well, this is the first time I try to answer such questions, so I don't know whether my answers will be satisfying and - most notably - interesting at all... ? (●´ϖ`●)

10 Facts 'bout me:

- I can't read sheet music (/_~)
- I'm half-greek
- I don't like my nose ><
- It's hard for me to just learn texts by heart
- I love Stitch (*´ω`*) and The Count (*´,_,`*)
- I hate slimy animals
- I'm a hopeless workaholic (^^ゞ
- My thyroid doesn't work properly
- I never experienced to be drunk
- I'm a momiji manjuu and dorayaki-addict ;A;'

●~*  Caro's questions ●~*

01. Who is your inspiration and why?

➙ I'd say there are two people who're my "inspirations". The first one is hide (Hideto Matsumoto), because I really think that he did and meant something great for the music and for society in general, especiall in Japan, where he's - of course - quite more popular than in the western world. The second one is Sugizo. I'm just totally in awe of him, since he isn't only a first-class musician, but also has a strong heart, anyway he's not detached at all.

02. Favorite place to relax?

➙ I really like spending my freetime at home, sitting/lying on my bed and playing guitar (●´ϖ`●) Additionally, I always enjoy relaxing in Tokyo (e.g. Yoyogi park) and of course being at the sea in Greece, even though I don't have the possibility to use those both places for relaxing that often, obviously... ;;  Anyway, IF I do, it's relaxing galore!! ☆

03.  Favorite book/movie?

➙ Even though I prefer modern poetry, I like reading (about) folklore (especially Asian folklore). So I can't name a concrete example, unfortunately. Regarding movies, it's hard to decide (^^ゞ Just for entertainment, I prefer horror (and horror-parody), but in general, I favor movies which tend to be "deep" and maybe even a little confusing.

04. Do you always remember your dreams?

➙ Unfortunately, I barely can remember my dreams. But if I do, I can be sure that I dreamt something absolutely obscure (;一_一)

05. The worst feeling in the world...?

➙ If you work hard for your dreams and someone f*cks it up, so you can't do anything about that. Feeling unable to change such an issue is worst...

06. The best feeling in the world...?

➙ Getting regards for your hard work, especially regarding the stage. Feeling the link between the audience and oneself isn't top-able.

07. Coffee or tea?

➙ Even though I usually drink coffee almost every morning, I'd always prefer tea.

08. When did you start blogging and why?

➙ I started blogging in... 2009? But the main-topics were TOTALLY different, and also the audience was totally different ^^; So, actually, I 'started blogging' (again) just this year's August. I started blogging here because I want to share some of my experiences, gets, thoughts, photos etc., because I personally love to rummage in blogs, watching photos and reading about experiences, too (●´ϖ`●) So I just want to give something back.

09. Any pets?

➙ Unfortunately: no. Anyway, I really'd love to keep a cat or even a small dog (though I prefer cats!!).

10. Favorite color?

➙ black, (bluish) purple, "silver"

11. Favorite season?

➙ Spring ❀

New shoes (ノ´∀`*)

It's getting very rainy and cold again lately... and I really must admit that I don't like such a weather, actually (I only like it if I can sit inside, watching the rain fall... but I totally hate it to be bound to go out =A=!! ).  Nevertheless, that fact is one reason why I decided to go to the shops today (btw: it was raining, ewww (/_;) ) to buy new shoes ★

They're from AM Shoes, even though I absolutely fell for a pair of Bugatti's ... >_<  (I hope I'll be able to buy them maybe next month, though (●´ϖ`●)).

Even though those shoes were just like a compromise between me and my bank account balance, I think I am satisfied with my decision.

The shoes are dark brown, and even if I prefer black shoes, I like the tone. They look totally fine with jeans, and I think that the slight "used"-effect gives them character (if you look at these shoes in the AM-online-store, you won't see it, unfortunately...).  Anyway, of course I took pictures for you by myself :)

As you may have noticed, the shoes are kinda padded (it's polyester, unfortunately, but it's soooo soft though!). I think they're the perfect shoes for the weather which is up to come ☆ It's not TOO much, so I'm sure that I'll be able to wear those shoes even if it's not that cold.

Brand: AM Shoes
Price: 59,90 €
Bought at: Deichmann

Flashback: Disney Sea

Dears,
I really must say that I'm close to shrinking back to a 6-year-old child when I'm re-viewing this pictures (^^ゞAs for me, it was the first time to go to ANY "Disney Land"-park (I didn't even go to Paris yet!)... and to be honest, I think Disneyland (or, "Disney Sea") is one of the prettiest themeparks I've ever seen in my whole life (and I'm not kidding).
Since I was a child I was totally in love with Arielle, who got a whole area indoor ... but, anyway, I think that I'm already going quite too far :) I should start at the beginning.

So we left quite early to enjoy Disney Sea at it's fullest. You can easily go to Disney Sea from any big station - in our case, we left Shinjuku to go to MAIHAMA (which is actually in Chiba-ken, not Tokyo).

Entering Maihama, you'll have to walk a lot through the subways to get to the "Disney Line". Anyway, it was even a very nice experience to see all those people also walking their way to Disney Land - and children AND grown-ups (most of them were couples (ノ´∀`*))dressing in Disney, like they're going to enter a 'whole new world'.

Unfortunately, I didn't take any photos while we were INSIDE of the Disney-Train, because I was recording with my camera; maybe I'll upload some of those recs anyway, gotta see.

Aaaaanyway, as soon as you arrive at the park, you'll know why I said "Buy some tickets at the DisneyStore in ADVANCE". We waited for around 2 hours (okay, it's not much, if you compare it with European waiting times |D ). But as soon as we got into, I promise, your mood will switch IMMEDIATELY. The atmosphere is so dreamy and it's indeed like you're entering some kind of dreamland.

Since I don't want to "SPAM" this entry with pictures, I want to offer you the possibility to watch my photos made in Disney Sea in a gallery ☆ (You'll find photos from Aladdin, Arielle, Stitch, Mediterran Harbor, 20.000 Leagues Under the Sea and more ^_^ It's still not all pictures, but I already took so long editing and uploading those, so I stopped there...^^;;  ).

Flashback: Shibuya 2012

Ouf, it’s hard to decide where to start this post… ^^ I really like Shibuya - especially because even Shibuya represents Tokyo in a very nice way, in my opinion at least...

Most people only know the "crowded" places in Shibuya, thinking that it's just flashy and full. Anyway, even Shibuya has some very calm streets and roads. We found them because we used another exit at the station - so actually, it was like a "back entrance"... ^^  We went to Shibuya several times, but as I said, I'll kinda "sum it up" for you instead of trying to reconstruct the routine of those days one by one.

Nevertheless, here we go!

Shibuya Station:

The very popular Hachiko-Statue in front of Shibuya's Train Station ☆
Almost everything is dedicated to Hachiko at Shibuya Station..! It's cute, isn't it? .o.?

Matcha Cream Frappuchino. Hell, yes, I really think that they need to sell it in Europe as well !! (The yellow one is "Mango Cream Frappuchino", by the way! ♪~(´ε` ))

As I told you, here are some pics of the "calmer parts of Shibuya" :) I really liked the atmosphere, to be honest. It's on the back-side of the Station and it took almost one hour to get to the front entrance by using the walkways.

Disney Store Shibuya:

If you're heading off to "Tower Records" (where I bought my heidi.-CD in 2009, which was freshly released that time (b´∀`)ネッ!), you'll pass a store which you REALLY should pay attention to. The Disney Store in Shibuya! You'll absoluetly notice it, because it looks so different between all those big skyscrapers.

(Doesn't it look kinda surreal?)

So, as a Disney-Fan, I really recommend going inside. It's absolutely worth it ☆ Of course, you can buy almost everything dealing with DISNEY. Plushies, figures, several interior... and even costumes. If you're planning to visit Disneyland Tokyo or Disney Sea, I'd also recomment to buy your park tickets here! It will be much more comfortable if you can just pass the long waiting lines in front of the counter at the park itself (which we didn't do, unfortunately, because we visited the Disney Store AFTER we visited Disney Sea _ _! (Of course I'll show you some pics of Disney Sea later, too! ^^ )).
Anyway, besides all that stuff which is available to buy, I also think that the store's design is totally lovely and full of nostalgia.  I'm sure you'll recognize those sceneries without any hints, do you ;)

"Hotel Chelsea". I almost 'broke down' seeing this, since we were invited to play a concert there. We couldn't attend because our previous vocalist didn't want to play any concert in Japan... (-_-メ) I'm sorry for that, especially for those people who already said they'd come to see us performing there._.! But, of course, as soon as we get a new and constant vocalist, we'll try to re-take the chance (´;ω;`)ウッ…

Some advertisment at the station. I personally didn't watch "Ouran High School Host Club", but since several friends loved the Dorama, I took a photo of this ad |D It looks so... Japanese, haha!

Doraemon and Dorami! We got it as a present in the "Happy Set" (= Happy Meal). We even were allowed to chose the figure (^^ゞ And I really can understand the waitress who needed to laugh a lot while we ordered our meal. I'm not sure whether lots of grown-up people buy Happy Sets in Japan, so this might have been quite a strange situation for her... (b´∀`)ネッ!

And here are some random pics that I took on my way to the hair dresser ☆ I'm sorry that I forgot his name, but the salon's name was a french guy's name (even though the owner and his son, who were the only stylists there, were Japanese).
I took some more photos of the Shibuya Square in 2009, but I think that there are enough photos of that on the internet already ^^;;  If you're interested in photos of the Shibuya Square, or especially how it looked like  in September 2009 (or even March 2012), please leave a comment :) If there's any interest, of course I'll hand it in later afterwards ☆

Flashback: Japan 2012 - Introducing Post

Since I was asked to write about my latest stay Japan, I want to share some photos with you - places, gets, impressions... just some things I think might be interesting for you (*´∀`*)

I will update this from time to time unter the tag "FLASHBACK", because I think that it's quite too much for just one posting... so please check my upcoming posts now and then to see further photos and explanations (●^_^●)

We left Frankfurt to Tokyo by Aeroflot (Russian Airlines) and had a stop at Sheremetyevo in Moscow. My suitcase was kind of empty when I left, because I already planned to buy some clothes in Tokyo (^^ゞ
(As for me, it is quite hard to buy clothes in Germany, because people here are lots of bigger than me on average... so most of times I don't find nice clothes in my size. That's why I prefer buying clothes in mediterran countries or even in Asia).

I might sound weird now, but I really enjoyed the stay at Frankfurt's Airport. I think this airport is quite pretty and has a nice atmosphere. I anyway think that airports have some charme, actually. Unfortunately, Sheremetjevo's International Airport was... different. It looked quite nice, but I had a strange feeling when we stopped there .__.!  To keep it short, the flight with Aeroflot itself was comfortable and we had some really nice entertainment computers to watch movies, series or even play some games (unfortunately, the food was... let's say "weird" D: So I usually just ate some salad and the dessert |D ).

(This used to be orange juice...)

I will stop writing here for now, since I think that the flight itself wasn't that interesting... (^^ゞ Next post will be more interesting, I promise ☆ I will try to summarize about the several areas we visited, so you'll be able to get a rough overview.
